I sold everything, closed my business, quit being an athlete, and devoted my time, energy, and resources to my own process of healing & evolution; which continues to unravel me deeper into the consciousness of the Heart, the depths of Meditation, and embodiment of the Soul.
Such a journey has evolved over many years; alongside incredible paradigm-shifting experiences, guttural processing of the past, long periods of solitude, a total transformation in expression, a realisation of who ‘I’ am and what I’m here to do, and profound Joy, SO much Happiness, Purpose, & Love!
The journey is still unfolding, and I’m certain it always will be…

To share methods of Meditation to take us beyond the confines of our Minds and connect us to something Greater,
To de-armour, process, heal, and transform what has closed and armoured our Hearts throughout our Lives, opening us to a more intimate relationship with Spirit and Life,
To invite fuller expression, purpose, joyfulness, fullness, fun, theatre, and Love into our Lives! Through a deep, embodied, rich Understanding of Life and all that it reflects to us, when we know how to See it.

Each week Angela taught us a different aspect of deepening into the heart, with many layers, somehow getting into some of the deepest darkest places from my past and enabling me to express and feel things I’ve never shone a light on before. The Spiritual Heart, and Love as God/Spirit
“Love is the frequency of All That Is.” Lets discuss.
This is a non-dual understanding of Reality.
Love is not merely an emotion or moral virtue, but the very substance of existence itself. In this view, Love and God are not separate; Love is God, and God is the living intelligence expressing itself as all things. (you might not resonate with the word God, which is fine. Interchange with Source/The Divine/The Great Intelligence/The Creator/anything of your preference that alludes to this).
This aligns with many spiritual traditions; “God is Love” (Christian mysticism); Bhakti devotion where the Divine is pure loving presence; Sufism where love is the force that spins the cosmos; Advaita where all apparent separation dissolves into one reality - Love.
The fabric of your being, is the frequency of Love.
