After a series of Heart Expansions and seismic experiences shattered decades of conditioning and utterly transformed my self and my Life, and the subsequent years that followed - of grounding, integrating, healing, exploring healing modalities and medicines, training in Meditation and Pranayama Teaching, absorbing books, experiencing insight in Meditation, unravelling through deep inner work, and working alongside Teachers - my Personal Journey continues to unravel me into the Consciousness of the Heart.
Through sharing it’s Beauty, sharing the Practices, Wisdom and Methods that de-armour the Heart, the Wonder that subsequently unfolds as a result of this Work, and reconnecting you to your True Essence, Love; I find my purpose and a deep calling.
I have 8+ years of Group Coaching and 1:1 Work, across Spiritual Teaching and Healing and the Health and Wellbeing Industry in my history of Personal Training.
Through a uniting of Heart Based Spiritual Healing, & Spiritual Teaching & Guidance, and my History in Personal Training; my Work has multitudinous expressions;
1;1, Group Containers, In-Person & Online Courses in Meditation & Healing, Holistic Fitness Classes with a healing intention & Somatic Processing interwoven, and my upcoming Podcast “Understanding Your Awakening”.
Alongside friends, I also Founded “Resonate”, a conscious Events company that we hope to continue to grow into a Festival.
